Equipped with Swiss sensors, the analyzer boasts high measurement accuracy, fast response time, and low maintenance costs. It features a 7-inch touch screen with a user-friendly human-machine interface, outputs 4-20mA (optional) standard signals and RS485 signals, and can connect to various regulators. For instance, it can be linked to two-position regulators, time-proportioning regulators, non-linear regulators, and classic PID regulators (per customer requirements) to form diverse chlorine dioxide control systems.

Application fields include tap water and rural drinking water, etc.

Working principle

The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: the instrument and the sensor. The instrument displays the disinfectant value (main measured value), the pH value of the aqueous solution (a pH electrode is required for optional configuration), and the working status. It outputs analog, digital, and switching signals.

The sensor adopts Swiss-technology sensors with MEMS micro-electronic measurement principles, featuring high accuracy and low maintenance.

Imported sensors come as standard, ensuring high measurement accuracy.
Thanks to MEMS semiconductor technology, the measured values are not affected by flow rate or pressure.
It features a 7 - inch touch - screen display and adheres to the standard MODBUS RS485 communication protocol.
No calibration is required for the first use, and it requires low maintenance.
